Q: Is Gaia Delica a legitimate business? A: Yes, Gaia Delica is a fully registered and licensed business in Ottawa. Q: Where are the products sold by Gaia Delica made? A: All the products sold by Gaia Delica are made by licensed manufacturers in Canada and U.S.A with a history of high quality and good reputation. Q: What currency is used to calculate orders? A: Gaia Delica use Canadian Dollars ( CAD ) for calculation of transactions, other currencies will be converted to Canadian dollars. Q: Does Gaia Delica have enough stock for large orders? A: Yes, Gaia Delica have enough stock for most items and you can choose to order any time. However if you have excessively large order or specialty/rare items, please notify us by phone or E-mail as soon as possible and we will try our best to serve you. Q: What's the return policy? A: Due to the model of our business - unopened items please return within 1 week with original receipt for exchange / refund. Opened items with satisfactory issues must be dealt with manufacturer directly. For items listed as 'blow out' or return amounts exceeds $50 we reserve the rights to charge a 15% restocking fee. We do not provide refund for items listed as 'final sales'. Q: Does Gaia Delica provide free delivery? A: Yes, any orders with-in 2km radius of our location or above $100 is delivered free in Ottawa. Orders at $100 will be shipped internationally at $40 flat. Local orders lower than $100 will have a $10 delivery charge. All orders are calculated in Canadian Dollars. Order pick up are welcome at our location - please call or email to schedule. Q: What's the difference between the products Gaia Delica sell and super markets own brands? A: Certain super markets and chain stores will sell their own brand which can be identified from the printed statement "Manufactured for... ". Although they pass the FDA standard, the difference between them and those manufactured from reputable professional brands are reflected on the testing standard, purity, concentration and effectiveness of the product. Hence, we do not recommend store brands. We do our best to provide products from professional brands; we believe these are the products what consumers really needs and wants. Q: I am planning to bring goods to another country. Will I encounter problems during check out at the boarder? What about postal packages? A: It's completely legal to bring health supplements and products for own use during check out at the boarder or by postal mail. Some feed backs from experienced customers are: you can bring as many as 30 bottles during check out at boarder for personal and family use; larger orders are best to split with friends. For postal mails write personal health products and gifts. Q: I live in another country / city, how can I purchase; what payment methods are available and how is postage calculated? A: We accept all credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders. For credit cards and Paypal, orders are shipped as soon as payment is recieved. A 1-3 business day wait for checks and money orders to clear prior to shipping of orders. Q: I live in Ottawa can I use cash and pick up my orders? A: Yes, we accept cash payments and all pick ups are welcome. Q: Can I take as many dosage of supplements / weight loss products as I like, when I like it? A: No, too much of anything can be negative for health - even if you have too much bread. It is important to take recommended dosage provide on the product description or your health practitioner. The products have passed strict tests and standards of the manufacturer, along with the printed recommended dosage on the bottles and packaging. Please follow the manufacturers recommended dosage printed on the products or from your health practitioner. Q: I could not find the product I want on Gaia Delica? A: If you cannot find the product on Gaia Delica or wish us to help in ordering some specific products. Please send us the details that you want by phone or E-mail.
